The System Must Be Integrated With A Stand-Alone Documaster Archive Core, Which Follows The Noark 5 Standard. The Acquisition Also Includes The Necessary Adaptation, Integration, Implementation And Training As Well As Subsequent Support And Maintenance. Through The Acquisition, Nkom Will Ensure A Case Management System That Provides An Automated Workflow For Various Case Management Processes That Can Vary Between Departments And Over Time. The Processes Must Therefore, To The Greatest Extent Possible, Be Configurable By Nkom Without Coding.
