1) Patient Sanitary Transport Service Performed With The P Type Sanitary Transport Team.1.1. Vehicle Requirements: A) The Vehicle For The Proper Provision Of Services In Accordance With The Contract Will Be Provided By The Contractor; B) The Means Of Sanitary Transport Should Meet The Technical And Quality Characteristics Specified In The Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standards Polish Standard Pn-En 1789+A2:2015-01 Or Equivalent And The Pn-En 1865 Standard Or Equivalent For A Means Of Road Transport Type C (Mobile Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Ambulance - A Road Ambulance Constructed And Equipped For Transport, Advanced Treatment And Monitoring Of Patients); Meeting The Requirements For Medical Equipment Of Means Of Transport In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Polish Standard Transposing European Harmonized Standards And The Guidelines Of The Ministry Of Health; C) The Vehicle Should Meet The Requirements Arising From The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Acts To This Act, Including The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Infrastructure Regarding The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment; D) Being An Emergency Vehicle Within The Meaning Of Art. 53 Section 1 Point 2E) Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance Package Applicable To This Type Of Vehicles And Current Technical Tests; F) Sanitary Vehicles Should Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. G) Sanitary Transport Services Must Be Performed By Specialized Means Of Transport That Meet The Technical And Quality Characteristics Specified In Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2022).H) They Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Conditions For A Means Of Sanitary Transport1.2. Requirements For Medical Staff And Drivers: A) Basic Team P In Accordance With Art. 36 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 8, 2006. On State Emergency Medical Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 993, 1590) Should Consist Of At Least Two People Authorized To Perform Emergency Medical Activities, Including A System Nurse Or A Paramedic; B) The Team Should Include A Driver If None Of The Members Of The Emergency Medical Team Has A Category B Driving License And Does Not Meet The Conditions Referred To In Art. 106 Section 1 Of The Act Of January 5, 2011. On Vehicle Drivers (Journal Of Laws 2019, Items 341, 1622)C) Required Availability: 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Person To Whom Orders Will Be Reported 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day.2. The Service Will Be Counted From The Place Where The P Team Reports To Take Over The Patient, At The Hospital Premises Or At Another Point Designated By The Ordering Party, To The Place Where The Service Is Completed, I.E. Transfer Of The Patient3. In The Case Of A Call With Urgent Priority, The Arrival Of Team P At The Place Of Call Should Take Place Immediately From The Moment Of Call, Within No Longer Than 60 Minutes. In The Case Of A Call In Normal Mode 90 Minutes.4. The Transport Service Will Consist In Picking Up The Patient From The Ward Or Another Place At The Ordering Partys Location, Taking Him To The Vehicle, Taking Him To The Address Indicated In The Transport Order, Taking The Patient For Examination, Consultation (In The Event Of Transfer To Another Hospital - Taking The Patient To The Emergency Room). 5. Each Sanitary Transport Service Will Be Provided On The Basis Of A Completed Written Medical Order, In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Contract.6. The Acceptance Of An Order For A Transport Service May Take Place On The Basis Of A Prior Telephone Notification By The Ordering Partys Authorized Staff To The Telephone Number Provided By The Contractor. Confirmation Of The Order Must Be Confirmed In Writing.
