We Are Looking For A Contractor Who, As Part Of The Overall Support Within The Meaning Of Section 2 Paragraph 3 In Conjunction With Appendix 2 To Section 2 Paragraph 3 Dguv Regulation 2, Will Provide The Following Main Services Of Basic Support And Company-Specific Support. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide All Safety-Related Services That The Mkjfgfi Must Fulfill Due To Relevant Laws, Regulations, Accident Prevention Regulations Or Due To Internal Administrative Regulations (Guidelines, Decrees) In The Field Of Occupational Safety. The Assumption Of Support By The Contractor Must Be Carried Out By June 1, 2024 On The Basis Of Annual Operating Times, Which Are To Be Determined In Accordance With The Requirements Of Dguv Regulation 2 (Accident Prevention Regulation Company Doctors And Specialists For Occupational Safety Of The North Rhine-Westphalia Accident Insurance Fund).
