Project: Tender18608 - Tender- 18608 - Opp-1758: Rfb For Body Worn Cameras . The Ministry Is Seeking A Qualified Vendor To Supply, Deliver, Maintain, And Support A Body Worn Camera (Bwc) System (System) For The Ontario Provincial Police (Opp). The System Includes The Self-Contained Camera, Docking Stations, Associated Hardware, And Software To Operate The Camera And Have The Capability To Upload Captured Video/Audio From The Bwc Into The Opp S Digital Evidence Management System (Dems). The Term Of The Agreement Would Be For An Initial Period Of Four (4) Years With An Option To Extend The Agreement For Up To One (1) Year. The Selected Vendor Would Be Required To Provide Training, Hardware Warranty, Maintenance And Software Support Including A Buy Back Program For The Devices During The Term Of The Contract. An Estimated Total Of 12,448 Bwc S Will Be Purchased Over The Term Of The Agreement. Scope Of Work Supply, Deliver, Maintain, And Support A Body Worn Camera (Bwc) System (System) 1.
