The Subject Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Repair Two Laboratory Offices On The First Floor In The Building Of Pgeb Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov. Clearing Of The Premises And Dismantling Works Are Planned, After Which The Walls And Ceilings Will Be Plastered And Painted. A Cement-Sand Screed Is Planned To Be Laid On The Floor, And Vinyl Flooring With A High Degree Of Resistance Will Be Delivered And Installed On Top Of It. It Is Planned To Overhaul The Existing Electrical Installation, Install A New Main Electrical Panel And Replace The Existing Lighting Fixtures With New Led Lighting Fixtures. The Type And Quantities Of The Planned Construction Activities Are Described In Detail In The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Order Documentation. A Building Permit Is Not Required For The Planned Repair According To Art. 151, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zut. According To The Provisions Of The Zut, The Construction Is The 1St Group, 4Th Category.
