Over The Past Few Years, A Line Has Been Taken To Reconstruct The Existing Mechanical Wagon Scales Of The State Railway Company Nkzhi, Located On The Territory Of The Divisions Udvgd-Sofia, Plovdiv And Gorna Oryahovitsa, And Their Modernization Into Electronic Ones With Strain Gauges And Video Surveillance. In The State Enterprise Nkzhi, Some Of The Existing Mechanical Wagon Scales Have Been Modernized Into Electronic Esit Type, Which Are Controlled By Means Of A Computer Device And Electronics. There Are A Total Of 42 Electronic Scales Of The Esit Type In Se Nk i. Activities Included In The Subject Of The Awarded Public Contract: Technical Service Of Wagon Scales Owned By Dp Nk i - The Technical Service Includes Carrying Out Comprehensive Maintenance Of The Wagon Scales And Bringing Them Into Working Order During The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract, Including The Performance Of 1 Preventive Technical Inspection Per Year - Preparation For The Performance Of Subsequent Metrological Inspection Under Art. 43 Of The Measurements Act. The Technical Maintenance Of The Scales Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations For The Relevant Scale Model; The Presence Of A Representative Of The Contractor During A Metrological Inspection - Checks Of Scales Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Conditions Of Art. 43 Of The Measurements Act. Within A Period Of Up To 10 (Ten) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Provide A List Containing The Date Of The Last Performed In Accordance With Art. 43 Of The Measurements Act Verification. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide His Own Representative For Subsequent Metrological Inspection. 3.Repair Of Damaged Wagon Scales, Including Delivery, Disassembly And/Or Installation Of Spare Parts, Materials And/Or Consumables - The Scale Must Be Repaired In Order To Remove Any Damage, If Necessary - At The Request Of The Contracting Authority Or A Person Authorized By Him Or In Case Of Damage Found By The Contractor During The Current Servicing Of The Scales. The Repair Should Include: Removal Of Damage That Occurred During Technical Maintenance Or At The Request Of The Contracting Authority; Delivery, Dismantling And/Or Installation Of The Necessary Spare Parts, Materials And/Or Consumables. 4. On-Line Support - Remote Support Is Carried Out Via The Internet Using Communication Software Proposed By The Contractor - The Contractor Must Provide Remote Support Via The Internet By Providing And Installing Communication Software For Connection Between The Workplace Of The Scale And The Service Center Of The Contractor. After Installing The Software, The Contractor Conducts Training For The Employers Employees To Work With The Provided Software.
