It Software Package - Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of An It Solution Including Siem/Soar Information And Security Event Management Functionality And The Provision Of Other Accompanying Services.. 1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Provide The Units With An It Solution, Hereinafter Referred To As The System, Including: A) Solution For Managing Security Events And Information (System Siem Class - Security Information And Event Management), Hereinafter Referred To As The Siem System And B) A Solution For Automating And Structuring Processes In Systems It (Soar Class System - Security Orchestration, Automation And Response), Hereinafter Referred To As The Soar System Together With Technical Support, Warranty And Services Accompanying Items In The Maximum Total Quantity Indicated In The Opz, To Be Used Throughout Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement, Covering The Contractors Services (Installation And Implementation Along With Training Workshops On The Implemented System, Contractors Expert Support) And Manufacturer Training Services. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Implementing The System In Different Locations, Configurations And Different Delivery Times During The Term Framework Agreement, In Accordance With The Order Applications Submitted By The Entities. Purchaser Requires That The System Be Implemented As Independent Instances And Without Limitations As To The Number Of These Instances. The Ordering Party Requires The Use Of The System Was Possible In At Least Two Independent License Groups, I.E. One Group For The Ministry Of Justice, With The Possibility Of Using The System By Individuals Judiciary Within The Same License Group With The Possibility Of Any Transfer/Sharing Licenses Between Instances Within The Same Group (Transferable Licenses), I The Second Analogous Group For The Central Board Of The Prison Service. 2. List Of Units, Which May Award Contracts Or For Whose Benefit Contracts May Be Awarded, States Annex No. 8 To The Swz: Common Courts, Ministry Of Justice And Central Management Prison Service. 3. Pursuant To Art. 134 Section 2 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That It Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor Who Obtains The Highest Number Of Points In As Part Of The Evaluation Of Offers, Based On The Criteria Specified In This Swz And Which The Offer Price Does Not Exceed The Amount Intended To Finance The Framework Agreement, Provided That That The Ordering Party May Increase This Amount. 4. Subject Of Executive Agreements Will Be Implemented By A Contractor With The Status Of A Producer, A Partner Of The Producer Or Having Other Authorization From The Manufacturer, I.E. The Status Of An Active Entity On The Market Polish And Included On The List Of Authorized Partners Of The Manufacturer. 5. Orders Will Be Granted To The Contractor With Whom The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded, Without Carrying Out Public Procurement Proceedings, Pursuant To Art. 313 Section 1 Of The Act Pzp, According To The Rules Specified In The Swz.
