Research Consultancy Services - Services For Technical Support In Carrying Out Inspections Of Fixed Structural Subsystems Of The Railway Network Of General Interest.. Royal Decree 929/2020, Of December 19, On Railway Safety And Interoperability Establishes In Its Article 120 That The State Railway Safety Agency May Supervise, At Any Time, The Fixed Structural Subsystems That Make Up The Railway System In Order To Verify That They Are Operated And Maintained In Accordance With The Essential Requirements Required, With The Provisions Of The Specifications Applicable Interoperability Techniques And With The Corresponding Spanish Regulations. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Support Services To The Aesf In The Realization Of The Inspections Carried Out On The Different Railway Infrastructures Belonging To The General Interest Railway Network, As Well As In The Preparation Of The Technical Reports Derived From Said Inspections.
