Repair And Maintenance Services Of Ships - Tender For Delivery Of Shipyard Work On The Ferry M/F Anholt To Norddjurs Municipality. The Tender Concerns The Supply Of Annual Yard Work On The Ferry M/F Anholt During The Period 2024 To 2027. It Is Expected That The Shipyard Works In The Years 2024 And 2026 Will Be Carried Out At The Shipyard Quay, While The Shipyard Works In The Years 2025 And 2027 Must Be Carried Out In The Dock Or On Bedding, So That The Ferry Is At Least Out Of The Water Every Two Years. There Can However, Changes May Occur. The Annual Yard Works Are Expected To Take Place On The I Times Stated In The Framework Agreement. As A Rule, The Shipyard Workers Must Make Up 7 Calendar Days (From Monday To Sunday) Incl. Laying Time From Grenaa/Anholt Port To Shipyard As Well Return, However With The Exception Of 2025, When The Shipyard Stay Is Expected To Take 16 Calendar Days Incl. The Ordering Party Annually Selects, Prior To The Shipyard Stay, The Services Which Must Be Carried Out During The Shipyard Stay In Question, Cf. The Framework Agreement. Additionally Has The Client Has The Right To Have Extra Work Carried Out, Cf. The Framework Agreement. In Addition To Working, Which Is Mentioned In Appendix 2 - List Of Offers, And Possibly Additional Work Performed By The Tenderer, Does The Contracting Party Have The Right To Use A Third Party To Carry Out Work On The Ferry, Cf. Framework Agreement. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Public Tender, Cf. The Tenders Act, Lbk No. 10 Of 06/01/2023, Which Means That Anyone Can Submit An Offer. The Expected Consumption Specified In The Tender Conditions As Well As The Estimated Services In Appendix 2 - List Of Tenders Is Calculated On The Basis Of Previous Activity And Expected Activity Changes With The Conditions Known At The Time Of The Tender.
