In Order To Be Able To Execute The Qa Ams, Gsa And Process The Red Parcels , The Contractor Will Need To Deliver The Following Products: 1)Transferring/Handling Of Geospatial Data Such As Sentinel, Planet Fusion; 2)Make Available A Web-Based Viewer: The Availability Of A Cloud In Which All Data Can Be Accessed And Production Can Run; 3)Computer Assisted Photo Interpretation (Capi) Environment; 4)Activities Related To Archiving Of Production Data According To The Conditions That Are Set By The European Commission. The Scope Of The Quality Assessment And The Handling Of Red Parcels Is To Assess The Quality Of The Information Declared By The Farmer As Well As The Quality Of The Automatic Generated Ams-Results. If A Discrepancy Is Found Between What The Farmer Declared Or What The Ams Yielded As A Result And The Information Collected Using Remote Sensing Data, The Application Of The Farmer Will Be Modified Accordingly And Possible Financial Corrections Can Incur.
