Street-Lighting Maintenance Services - Street Lighting Svenljunga Municipality. The Contract Concerns Operation (Not Energy) And Maintenance Of The Municipalitys Public Lighting Within Svenljunga Municipality. Preparedness Must Be Included In The Contract (24 Hours/Day). In Those Cases The Lighting Centers Are Mounted Inside The Network Stations, Access Will Be Solved Via Agreement With The Network Owner. The Contractor Is Responsible For Operation, Maintenance And Care For The Entire Lighting System. The Undertaking Is Divided As Follows: A) Prevention Maintenance: - Inspection/Point Replacement Of Light Sources. - Fixture Replacement. - Replacement Of Rust And Rot-Damaged Poles. - Other Maintenance Work. B) Error Rectification: The Contractor Has Always Responsible For Fault Rectification. - Group Wiring, Pole Center And Fixture. - Damage. - Pole Damage/Tff Traffic Insurance Association. - Other Maintenance. C) Reconstruction And Smaller New Construction[1]): - Including Planning. D) Documentation Of Work Performed And Updating Of - Plant Records/Drawings. The Construction Includes Both Existing Ones Facilities As Additional And Outgoing Parts During The Contract Period. In Joint Construction Of Lighting Installation With Electricity Distribution Installation, Work May Only Be Carried Out By Person Approved According To The Network Owners Procedures. The Facilities Must Be Operated So That They Comply Requirements Regarding Laws, Regulations And Requirements In This Request Document, Regulations, Standards And Take Traffic Safety And The Environment Into Account. The Contract Must Include Everything Material And Labor Required For Maintenance. The Contractor Also Agrees With Storage Of The Customers Equipment. All Documentation And Communication Must Be In Swedish.
