Tenders are invited for Social Program - Rehabilitation of Electrical System in Al-Aqr and Renovation of Electrical System in Baitbestan Villages. Bid Bond in the amount of IQD 66 000 000.00 Please note that in order to be considered for further evaluation under this Tender, the Bidders as a minimum shall: - provide all the required documents in accordance with the Tender Documentation; - submit a copy of valid Ministry of Planning ID / Chamber of Commerce ID (for Iraqi local Bidders); or equivalent issued by a competent authority to the same effect (for foreign, non-Iraqi Bidders); - be experienced in implementation of construction projects in Iraq; - be ready and capable to perform all works required under this Tender; - provide the list and specification of available PPE and safety equipment; - provide the bank guarantee (Bid Bond) in the amount of IQD 66 000 000.00; - be ready to provide the bank guarantee (performance bond) in the amount of 10% of the contract price in IQD, in case of contract award; - for Iraqi local Bidders: the bank guarantee (Bid Bond) shall be issued via the Unified Electronic Form and shall contain a barcode for verification purpose; - have a No-Objection letter issued by Ministry of Finance, General Commission for Taxes clearly stating that Bidders company has the right to participate in tenders (for Iraqi local Bidders); - accept key terms and conditions of the Draft Contract provided by the Operator under this Tender; - comply with the Operators HSE and security requirements Tender Link : https://gazpromneft-badra.com/tenders/
