Tenders are invited for The Learning Management System and the Academic Affairs System System 1 Set Classification of the Products to be Procured : 14, 27 Nature and Quantity of the Products to be Purchased : The Learning Management System and the Academic Affairs System System 1 Set Type of the Procurement : Purchase Basic Requirements of the Procurement : A the System is a Computer System for Business Which is Used by Almost 350 Users. B the System Includes Client Computers for Business, And a Management and Operation Support System. C the Client Computers are Assumed to be Provided as Physical Terminals. D the System must Hold the Data of the Existing System. E the System has Two Kinds of Client Computers. The Client Computers by Physical Pc are Used at Fuchu and Koganei Campuses. F the System has a Security Management Function, An Assets Management Function and an Operation Management Function. G the System has a Function for Imaging and Deploying Client Computers and has a Function to Manage it. H the System has Personal Area Storage Functions. I the System has a Domain Controller System. J the System must be Able to be Connected to the Existing Network in Our University and the Internet. K the System must be Designed to Provide Usability and Easy Administration. L the System must be Organized so that Trouble-Shooting and Repair can be Made Quickly, And it can Provide Sufficient Administrative Support.
