Request for Proposal For Vacuum Insulated Evaporator System To Supply Liquid Oxygen To Two Hospitals

Request for proposals are invited for Vacuum Insulated Evaporator System to Supply Liquid Oxygen to Two Hospitals in Papua New Guinea 1. LOX Supply and Delivery i Supply and transport of 30,000L of LOX, in appropriate transport packaging, to each of the 2 sites (ANGAU MH and PMGH). ii A Certificate of Analysis must be provided for each batch of LOX delivered. iii Filling of LOX storage tanks on site according to the highest safety standards applicable to the handling of cryogenic, flammable materials. iv Duration of the LOX supply will be confirmed upon execution of the contract. 2. Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Certification and Training of LOX VIE system i Supply and installation of LOX VIE storage tanks. ii Supply and installation of vaporizers, including internal VIE system piping, fittings and safety valves. iii Testing and commissioning the LOX VIE system functionality in regard to standards. iv Carry out independent testing and certification of LOX VIE system. v Provide defects liability and warranty cover on the LOX VIE system within the specified period. vi Provide comprehensive maintenance cover of the LOX VIE system for a period of 3 years after the defects liability warranty has expired, with the first year as a probationary period with a view of extension for the next 2 years. vii Provide relevant LOX training to relevant personnel at both sites who will be involved with the procurement and supply of LOX, its clinical use on-site and the operation and maintenance of the LOX VIE system.
