Expression of Interest are invited for Cosultancy Services for the Engagement of an Individual Consultant to Undertake Capacity Building of the Government of Malawi on Agriculture Risk Management and Awareness on Index-Based Insurance The services included under this project are: a. Conduct a thorough needs assessment to identify the specific training requirements and gaps in participants knowledge. b. Develop a comprehensive training curriculum that covers the fundamentals of agriculture risk management and index-based insurance. c. Prepare training materials, including presentations, handouts, case studies, and exercises, to support the delivery of the training. d. Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions to the participants, utilizing a combination of lectures, group discussions, practical exercises, and real-life examples. e. Facilitate group activities and discussions to encourage knowledge exchange and learning among participants. f. Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training and identify areas for improvement. g. Prepare a comprehensive training report, including key findings, recommendations, and an action plan for future capacity-building initiatives.
