Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Evaluating Integrate HIV, Education and Livelihood (I_HELP) Phase 3 Main responsibilities: Conduct desk review Developing evaluation questions Orientating questions towards the data collectors Conduct interview with beneficiaries and observation on fields Lead focus group discussion Data Entry data into the computer and online format Provide report of the evaluation Skills and Qualification required by the Consultant: The evaluators may be a team or individual with the following qualifications shared between them Proven experience in evaluation of health-related topics like HIV/AIDS, another STDs etcetera. Technical knowledge related to community development, children education and protection and permaculture. Have proven experience of evaluating and assessing the impacts of project working on related development program and/or conducting qualitative health research studies or surveys Excellence in interpretation of the study results and producing timely reports Proven experience in managing team Strong at facilitation, coordination and communication skills.
