Ordering And Settling Work: 1) The Scope Of Work Covered By The Order Will Be Carried Out According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On Written, Telephone Or Oral Orders. Green And Bio-Waste. 9) Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Following Activities In The Execution Of The Order: A) A Person Supervising The Execution Of The Commissioned Works B) Persons With Appropriate Qualifications To Operate Machines And Devices Necessary For The Execution Of The Order. 10) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit An Appropriate Declaration Within 7 Days Of Signing The Contract, Which Will Show That Persons Are Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Contract In Accordance With Art. 22 1 Of The Act Of June 22, 1974 - Labor Code, On The Employment Of Persons Performing The Following Activities In The Execution Of The Order: A) Person Supervising The Execution Of The Ordered Works B) Persons With Appropriate Qualifications To Operate Machines And Devices Necessary To Perform The Order. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Check The Contractors Compliance With The Employment Obligation.3. The Materials Necessary To Provide The Service Are Purchased By The Contractor At His Own Expense.
