Access To The Designated Section Of Works Must Be Maintained In A Condition No Worse Than Before The Construction Site Was Handed Over. For This Occasion, The Contractor Will Prepare Photographic Documentation, And In The Event Of Damage To Roads, Access Roads And Other Plots, The Contractor Will Pay Compensation To The Owner.
