The Supplied Gas Fuel Must Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Implementing Acts And Polish Standards, Including The Pn-C-04750:2011 And Pn-C-04753:2011.5 Standards. The Principles Of Operation Of The Gas System Are Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1158), While The Principles Of Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Fuel Trade Gas Fuels Are Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of March 15, 2018 On Detailed Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Gas Fuel Trade (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 280). The Quality Standards Of Gas Fuel Are Described In Detail In The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385.6). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Volume Of Gas Fuel. 7. The Contractor Will Supply Gas Fuel During The Term Of The Contract In An Amount Corresponding To The Actual Demand Of The Ordering Party. Regardless Of The Estimated Forecast Of Its Consumption. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel By The Ordering Party. Possible Change In The Estimated Consumption Specified In Point 1 Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Ordering Party.8. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor Selected In The Proceedings A Power Of Attorney To Terminate The Existing Comprehensive Contracts For The Supply Of Gas Fuel, Or To Submit A Declaration Of Termination Of The Comprehensive Contracts For The Supply Of Gas Fuel In Accordance With The Mutual Agreement Of The Parties.9. Submitting Gas Fuel Supply Agreements To The Distribution System Operator On Behalf Of The Ordering Party In Order To Implement The Concluded Gas Fuel Supply Agreement.10. Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso - Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. Branch In Wrocław, And The Current Seller Pgnig Obrót Detaliczny Sp. Z O. O. Lower Silesia Region Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Switching Procedure And Effectively Start The Supply Of Gas Fuel.
