The Scope Of The Order Broken Down Into Individual Elements: White Long-Sleeved Shirt For Women/Men 94 Pcs. Sleeveless Jacket/Vest In Olive Color 94 Pcs. Trousers In Black Or Olive Color 94 Pcs. 2. If The Description Contains Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Such Entries Should Be Understood As Illustrating Sample Parameters Of Materials, Etc. They Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 16 As Well As Art. 99, Art.100 And Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Intended To Specify The Quality, Technological, Performance And Functional Expectations Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows The Delivery Of Equivalent Materials Provided That They Meet The Same Technological, Performance And Functional Level Assumed In The Swz. The Ordering Party Declares That It Allows The Submission Of Offers In Which Individual Materials Listed In The Tor May Be Replaced By Equivalent Materials. The Concept Of Equivalent Materials Should Be Understood As Materials Ensuring Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz. Equivalent Products Must Be Authorized For Marketing And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Contractors Obligation To Demonstrate Product Equivalence Is An Obligation Arising From The Public Procurement Act, Which May Be Fulfilled In Any Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly Determine The Compliance Of The Products Offered In The Offer With The Requirements Specified In The Swz, Which Should Be Demonstrated At The Stage Of Submitting Offers Containing Equivalent Products. As A Result Of The Decision Of The Tender Procedure In Question, The Ordering Party Will Order, And The Contractor Will Accept, The Delivery Of Work Clothes And Footwear For The Employees Of The Biebrza National Park Included In The Submitted Offer. 3. Clothing Will Be Issued At The Ordering Partys Office In Accordance With The Assortment Available To Park Employees.4. If The Articles Covered By The Order In Question Are Delivered To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, The Cost Of Their Delivery Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.5. Detailed In Point 1 Constitute An Estimated List Of The Assortment Planned For Delivery In 2023. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Changes To The Type And Quantity Of Individual Assortments Specified In Chapter V Section 1 Swz Using Unit Prices Consistent With The Submitted Offer. Quantitative Changes To Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In Chapter V, Section 1 Swz Will Be Made Within The Gross Value Of The Subject Of The Order. 6. The Ordering Party Allows For Changes In The Number Of Individual Occupational Health And Safety Grades During The Execution Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Order Size To 10% Of The Ordered Quantity Of Goods If Such A Need Arises On The Part Of The Ordering Party. 7. There Is No Minimum Value For A Single Delivery Based On The Ordering Partys Order. 8.
