1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Under The Task Entitled: Catching, Transporting And Keeping Homeless Dogs From The Area Of The Barg w Ko cielny Commune.2. Through The Use In Paragraph. 1, The Term Homeless Should Be Understood As An Animal That Has Run Away, Gone Astray Or Been Abandoned By A Human, And It Is Not Possible To Determine The Owner Or Other Person Under Whose Care It Has Been Permanently Staying - In Accordance With The Definition Contained In The Act Of August 21, 1997. On Animal Protection (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, As Amended). 3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Catch Stray Dogs From The Area Of The Barg w Ko cielny Commune At The Request Of An Authorized Employee Indicated By The Ordering Party.4. The Catching In Question Should Be Carried Out Using Devices And Means That Do Not Pose A Threat To The Life And Health Of Animals.5. The Caught Animals Will Be Transported To A Shelter For Homeless Animals.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide 24-Hour Care For The Caught And Kept Animals And To Provide Them With Appropriate Veterinary Care Provided By An Authorized Veterinarian.7. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Of The Said Order To Provide Shelter And Care For Approximately 21 Homeless Dogs From The Area Of The Barg w Ko cielny Commune.8. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Stray Dogs Taken Over From The Current Contractor May Change Until The Date Of Commencement Of The New Contract.9. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Accept Stray Dogs Delivered By The Police Caught From The Area Of The Barg w Ko cielny Commune.10. The Contractor Undertakes To Reduce The Population Of Homeless Dogs By Sterilizing Or Neutering Them After Admitting The Animal To The Shelter.11. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Look For Owners For Homeless Animals - By Carrying Out Activities Aimed At Acquiring New Owners And Giving Homeless Animals Up For Adoption To People Interested And Able To Provide Proper Living Conditions.12. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Service And The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Presented In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
