Additional Information: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity With Quality Standards Specified In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Electricity Quality Standards Are Described In The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended) And In Implementing Acts;2) Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Along With The Distribution Service Will Take Place To The Electricity Consumption Points (Called Ppe) Mentioned In Point 2.3) Standards Regarding The Distribution Of Electricity Are Included In The Operators Tariff, Which Specifies: A) Tariff Groups And Detailed Criteria For Qualifying Consumers To These Groups; B) Method Of Determining Fees For Connection To The Dso Network, C) Fee Rates For The Provision Of The Distribution Service And Conditions Their Application, Taking Into Account The Division Into Rates Resulting From: - Distribution Of Electricity - Use Of The National Power System (Quality Rates), - Reading The Readings Of Metering And Billing Systems And Their Ongoing Control (Subscription Rates), - Ensuring The Availability Of Electricity From Renewable Sources In The National Power System (Res Fee Rate) - Ensuring Medium-Term And Long-Term Security Of Electricity Supplies To End Users (Capacity Fee Rate);4) Method Of Determining Discounts For Failure To Meet The Quality Parameters Of Electricity And Quality Standards Of Customer Service;5) Indicated In Point 2, The Forecast Electricity Consumption Is Indicative And May Differ From The Amount Of Energy Actually Consumed During The Contract Period. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Electricity Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Need To Pay For The Amount Of Energy Actually Consumed And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Applicable Operators Tariff.6) The Basis For Settlement For The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Actual Consumption Of Electricity In Kwh And The Related Consumption Distribution Costs For A Given Billing Period.7) Due To The Ordering Partys Prosumer Status, The Contractor Will Conduct Settlements According To The Net-Billing System In Accordance With Applicable Law.8) The Contractor Must Have A Currently Valid License For The Distribution Of Electricity In The Case Of Contractors Who Own The Network Distribution Network Or The Contractor Is Obliged To Have An Agreement With The Distribution System Operator Dso, Valid Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of This Order, Enabling The Supply Of Electricity Through The Distribution System Operators Distribution Network In The Case Of Contractors Who Are Not Owners Of The Distribution Network, To The Ordering Partys Electricity Consumption Points.6. The Contractor Will Ensure The Possibility Of Receiving Electricity From The Photovoltaic Installation.
