1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Sales Of Electricity And The Provision Of Energy Distribution Services For Facilities Of The Agricultural Property Resource Of The State Treasury For The Years 2024-2025, To The Consumption Points Specified In Chapter Iii, Section. 1 Swz.2. The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity, Including Sale And Provision Of Distribution Or Transmission Services, Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In: The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended), Implementing Provisions To This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Electricity System (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 819, As Amended), At Fixed Prices And Rates Regarding Sale Of Electricity Specified In The Price Form, Fees And Distribution Rates In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Tariff Of The Distribution System Operator (Dso Tariff) Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office, The Instruction For Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Iriesd) And Generally Applicable Legal Regulations. Electricity Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act And Polish Standards.3. The Ordering Party Awards A Contract For A Comprehensive Service, Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Point 30 Of The Energy Law, Implemented On The Basis Of The Comprehensive Agreement Referred To In Art. 5 Section 3 Of This Act.4. The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Distribution Services Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997, The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Operating Conditions Power System, The Current Price List For The Contractors Electricity, The Applicable Electricity Sales Tariff And The Applicable Tariff For Electricity Distribution Services Of The Relevant Distribution System Operator Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office, The Instruction For Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network And Generally Applicable Legal Regulations.5. The Description Of Connections, Delivery Places And Estimated Quantities Are Included In The Price Form For Individual Locations, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. The Values Indicated In The Form Were Used To Calculate The Estimated Value Of The Order, Which Does Not Reflect The Actual Or Declared Use Of Electricity During The Duration Of The Contract And Cannot Under Any Circumstances Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. Settlement Of Receivables Under The Contract Will Be Based On Actual Energy Consumption.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Electricity.7. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exclude A Collection Point From The Contract Free Of Charge If It Is Dictated By The Interests Of The State Treasury, Of Which The Ordering Party Is The Trustee. This Will Take Place No Later Than 30 Days After Reporting The Change. The Shutdown Will Consist In Dismantling The Measurement And Billing System With The Simultaneous Cessation Of Providing The Service To This Point.8. The Supplied Electricity Must Meet The Quality And Technical Parameters Of Electricity Specified In The Energy Law And Its Implementing Regulations And Polish Standards.9. Additionally, The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
