Tenders Are Invited For Equipment Service For The Construction Of Slopes/Embankments Of Section Ii (Kw2) And Section Iii (Kw3) Of The Municipal Waste Landfill

The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Slopes/Embankments Of Section Ii (Kw2) And Section Iii (Kw3) Of The Municipal Waste Landfill, Consisting In The Provision Of Equipment Services, In Particular: 1. Delivery Of Soil For Forming The Embankment Along With Its Transport From The Landfill Site Along The Slopes.2. Moving Earth Masses Up To 2 Km In Soil Of Categories I-Ii3. Forming And Compacting Embankments Up To 3 M High With Excavators In Category I-Ii 4 Soil. Planting Slopes And The Top Of Embankments - Soil Category Gr. I-Iii .5. The Material For Making Slopes/Embankments, Which Will Be Secured By The Ordering Party, Is: Clay Soil, Sandy Clay, Clayey Sand, Stones.6. At The Same Time, The Contractor May Use Municipal Waste Described In Table 1, Provided By The Ordering Party, To Build The Embankments - In Accordance With The Decisions Of The Marshal Of The Ma opolska Voivodeship Integrated Permit And The Landfill Operating Instructions. 7. The Maximum Layer Of Waste Used For This Purpose Should Be Less Than 25 Cm. 8. The Maximum Amount Of Waste Intended For Processing In The Recovery Process Consisting In The Construction Of Slopes, Including Embankments And Shaping The Landfill Crown, Is 4,000 Mg/Year.9. The Formed Embankment Will Have A Trapezoidal Cross-Section With A Height Of Up To 3 M. The Correct Slope Of The External Slope Should Be 1:2. 10. The Density Of Earth Masses Should Reach The Index Of 0.9.11. The Last Layer Of The Internal Slope, 0.5 M Thick, Should Be Made As A Geological Barrier In The Form Of Poorly Permeable Soil With A Filtration Coefficient Of K1.0 X 10-9 M/S And 0.5 M Thick, Laid Using Mechanical Equipment.12. Settlement Of Works (Services) Will Be Based On Hourly Rates - Per Hour Of Operation Of A Specific Type Of Equipment. 13. The Following Equipment Units Will Be Necessary To Perform The Service: 1) Wheeled Excavator - With A Bucket Capacity Of 0.8 To 1 M - 1 Piece - The Expected Number Of Man-Hours During The Execution Of The Order Is 800 Man-Hours. 2) Agricultural Tractor With A Power Of At Least 200 Hp With A Tandem Self-Unloading Trailer With A Load Capacity Of Min. 14 Mg - Expected Number Of Man-Hours During The Execution Of The Order: 600 Man-Hours.14. Deadline For Completing The Order - Up To 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until The Possibility Of Depositing Waste Is Exhausted (Reaching The Limit Elevations, I.E. 242 M Above Sea Level - Specified In The Landfill Management Instructions).15. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And The Offer.
