The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Including The Purchase And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services In The Form Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E To 3 Gas Consumption Points In The Period From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2025. 2. The Total Amount Of Gas Fuel That Will Be Delivered During The Term Of The Contract To The Consumption Points Specified In Annex 2 To The Swz Is Estimated At 2,770,955.50 Kwh. The Above Gas Volume Value Is An Estimate And May Change. In The Event Of A Difference Between The Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Pursue Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Gas Consumed And The Transmission Service In Accordance With The Applicable Tariff Of The Distribution System Operator.3. Group E Gas Should Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day To The Delivery And Reception Points Listed In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
