B) In Order To Conduct Settlements According To The Net-Billing System, The Contractor Will Maintain An Account For The Renewable Energy Prosumer, Which Will Record The Amount Of Electricity And The Value Of Electricity And The Resulting Value Of Funds Due To The Prosumer For Energy. Electricity Introduced Into The Network - Prosumer Deposit. The Amount Of Funds Constituting The Prosumer Deposit May Be Settled On The Prosumer Account For 12 Months From The Date Of Its Assignment As A Prosumer Deposit On The Prosumers Account. The Amount Of Any Overpayment (Unused Within A Period Of 12 Months) Returned By The Contractor May Not Exceed 20% (Twenty Percent) Of The Value Of Electricity Introduced Into The Network In The Calendar Month To Which The Overpayment Is Refunded.3) The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Inform The Contractor About Changes Affecting Method Of Settlements, In Particular Regarding The Loss Of The Prosumer Status, Changes In The Total Power Installed In The Micro-Installation, The Type Of Energy Source In The Micro-Installation, Permanent Disconnection Of The Micro-Installation From The Dso Network, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Change.4) Electricity Taken From The Network - Settlements For Consumed Electricity Will Be Based On Consumption Data Provided To The Contractor By The Dso5) The Condition For Commencing Electricity Supplies On The Indicated Date (In Relation To Individual Ppes) Is The Successful Completion Of The Supplier Change Procedure.6) The Ordering Party Does Not Conduct Any Proceedings To Conclude A Framework Agreement. 7) The Remaining Terms Of The Order Were Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
