Tenders are invited for Supply of Footwear and Operation Theater Footwear A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1000.00 should be paid in cash for each item and service to the Shroff of the Castle Street Hospital for Women and the Original of the Receipt (Form General 172) should be attached to the application. (Cheques and Money Orders will not be accepted). Suppliers may register for one or more items and registration fee should be paid for each item separately. If sending more than one application, all applications may be sent under one envelope. Application forms may be obtained between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on weekdays from 27.11.2023 until 15.12.2023. All applications may either be sent by registered post addressed to Director, Castle Street Hospital for Women, Colombo 08 or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Office of the Accountant to be received before 10.00 am on 18.12.2023.
