Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Preparation of a GCF Funding Proposal and Annexes Electronic submissions of the Expressions of Interest must be received at the first and second addresses below no later than 5:00pm Atlantic Standard Time (AST) on Friday, December 22, 2023. The Expression of Interest will be deemed to have been received at the time that it is received by CDB. The burden of proving receipt of the e-mail will be on the applicant and will not be met solely by a read receipt or sent items report generated by the Consultants computer. The e-mail containing each submission should include the name and address of the applicant.
