In Addition, A Maintenance Agreement Relating To Non-Upgraded Va Facilities Must Also Be Entered Into (Sub-Offer 2). In The Application For Pre-Qualification, There Will Be An Opportunity To Apply For A Bid On Sub-Offer 1, Sub-Offer 2 Or Both Sub-Offers.
