Skien Municipality Hereby Wishes To Invite Prequalification To A Competition For The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of A New Operational Control System For Water And Sewage, The Replacement Of Certain Automation Systems In Va Facilities, And A Maintenance Agreement For The Delivered Operational Control System And Automation System (Sub-Offer 1).
