Submit Valid Trade License 2. Submit Valid Tax Clerance Certificate 3. Submit Catalogues / Brochures 4. Submit Manufacturing Authorization Form (MAF) issued by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). 5. To ensure that the bidder has local capacity for support service, the bidder should have one full time employed technical resource person having work experience on the proposed system. Submit certificate of such experiences, CVs and TDS certificate. 6. The bidder should have successfully completed at least 2 similar projects in the region. IMPORTANT NOTE: If a bid is not supported with evidential documents for serial nos. 3 to 6, bid shall be deemed non-responsive and therefore shall not be considered for further evaluation. The bidders shall not be asked to re-submit such evidential documents unlike the serial nos. 1 and 2 which are historical documents.
