The Eea Notatbase Is A Case Management System For Processing New Legal Acts From The Eu That Are Considered To Have Been Taken Up Or Have Been Incorporated Into The Eea Agreement, And Thus To Be Implemented In Norwegian Legislation. The Purpose Is To Support The Process For The Implementation Of Eu Legal Acts In Norwegian Legislation, And To Ensure That Information About Expected Legislative Changes Reaches Affected Parties As Early As Possible. Notatbases Users Are Employees Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, Departmental Ministries And Professional Bodies That Are Responsible For Implementing Eea Legal Acts In Norwegian Law. In Addition To The Eea Notes, It Is Possible To Create A Schengen Note. A Schengen Memorandum Is A Document With Information On Schengen-Relevant Legislation That Is Considered Incorporated Into Norwegian Law. The Note Base Also Contains Other Regulatory Proposals, Related To The Further Development Of Dublin Cooperation. The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is, Among Other Things, To Inform About The Ministrys Needs, As We See Them Now, To Get Clarifications Or Input On Some Key Issues, To Examine The Opportunities That Exist In The Market, As Well As To Get Input From Suppliers On The Procurement. The Dialogue Is Carried Out By The Suppliers Being Given The Opportunity To Provide Written Consultation Input By Answering A Question Form And Giving General Input. One-To-One Meetings Will Be Held With Suppliers Who Sign Up For Such A Meeting. The Meeting Time Is Agreed In Accordance With The Invitation Document.
