Rfp - 23-1688 - Cfd Apparatus In-Cab Communication System . 1. This Rfp Is Open To All Interested Vendors. 2. The City Of Calgary, On Behalf Of The Calgary Fire Department, Requires A Supplier Capable Of Provide An Intercom System With Wireless Headset Configuration To Be Installed In All Fire Apparatus For In-Cab Communication. 3. This Procurement Process Is Not Intended To Create, And Will Not Create A Formal, Legally Binding Bidding Process. It Will Instead Be Governed By The Law Applicable To Direct Commercial Negotiations. 4. The Agreement Will Be For A One (1) Year Initially, And May Be Renewed For Up To 2 (Two) Terms For 2 (Two) Years Each Time For A Total Of 5 (Five) Years.
