The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of Rehabilitation And Modernization Of Municipal Infrastructure - Outdoor Artificial Lighting Systems On The Territory Of 11 Settlements In Tundzha Municipality. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Introduce Energy-Saving Measures For Outdoor Artificial Lighting Systems In 11 Settlements Of Tundzha Municipality. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Types Of Activities: 1) Bringing The Existing Networks And Facilities Into Compliance With The Current Bulgarian State Standards For Street And Park Lighting (Bds 5504-82) And The New European Standards (En 13201); 2) Reduction Of Direct Costs For Consumed Electricity For Street And Park Lighting While Ensuring High Quality Of Lighting By Increasing Its Energy Efficiency; 3) Ensuring The Safe Movement Of Motor Vehicles And Increasing The Security Of Pedestrian Movement At Night; 4) Improving The Quality Of Street And Park Lighting, And As The Ultimate Goal Creating A Comfortable And Aesthetic Night Atmosphere.
