The Subject Of This Order Is The Service Titled: Catching And Transporting Homeless Animals From The Krzeszowice Commune To A Shelter For Homeless Animals, Caring For Them In A Shelter For Homeless Animals And Providing Veterinary Care, Which Includes: 1) Catching And Transporting Homeless Animals From The Krzeszowice Commune To A Shelter For Homeless Animals ; 2) Accepting And Caring For Homeless Animals From The Krzeszowice Commune In A Shelter For Homeless Animals 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day (Including Holidays), Providing Them With The Necessary Veterinary Care And Basic, Necessary Social And Living Conditions; 3) Sterilization Or Castration Of Every Homeless Animal From The Krzeszowice Commune Admitted To A Shelter For Homeless Animals; 4) Providing 24-Hour Veterinary Care In The Event Of Road Accidents Involving Animals, Including Intervention With The Participation Of A Veterinarian At The Scene Of The Incident; 5) Micro-Chipping All Animals That Come To The Shelter From The Krzeszowice Commune; 6) On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Active Adoption Of Homeless Animals Caught From The Krzeszowice Commune, Searching For New Owners For Them; 7) Putting Dead Litters To Sleep. 2. The Contractor, No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract, Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Permit To Conduct Activities In The Field Of Protection Against Stray Animals (Decision Issued By The Mayor/Mayor/President Competent For The Place Of Business Authorizing The Conduct Of Activities In The Field Of Protection Against Stray Animals). . 3.
