When Providing The Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Permit To Conduct Business In The Field Of Waste Transport Or To Conduct Waste Management (Collection, Recovery) Covering The Waste Codes That Are The Subject Of The Contract For Individual Tasks, Issued By The Competent Starosta In Accordance With Art. 28 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Previously Applicable Act Of April 27, 2001 On Waste (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2010, Item 1243, As Amended) Or Pursuant To Art. 41 Section 3 Point 2 Of The Currently Applicable Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Order.
