The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel In The Form Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E), Consisting In The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel And Ensuring The Provision Of Its Distribution Service To The Ordering Partys Gas Fuel Consumption Points On The Terms Specified In The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Law Act And In The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, With Specific Quality Standards. The Quality Standards Of Gas Fuel Are Described In The Energy Law, In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On The Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1158, As Amended). And The Applicable Tariff Of The Distribution System Operator.2. The Proceedings Covered Gas Fuel Off-Take Points Where Customers Are Subject To Tariff Protection, I.E. Customers Referred To In Art. 62B Section 1 Point 2 Of The Energy Law And Recipients Who Are Not Protected. In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Indicated In Relation To Which Gas Fuel Consumption Point The Provisions Of Art. 62B And According To What Percentage. Upon Signing The Contract With The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous, The Ordering Party (Recipients) Will Submit Appropriate Statements Of The Recipient Of Gas Fuels (Under Article 62Ba And/Or Article 62Bb Of The Energy Law) According To The Template Established In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of On January 28, 2022 On Templates For Declarations Submitted By Gas Fuel Consumers On The Intended Use Of Gas Fuel In Order To Benefit From Special Solutions In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market.
