1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Vmware Vsphere 8 Enterprise Plus For 1 Processor Software In An Amount Of 8 Pieces, Hereinafter Referred To As The Software.2. The Software Licenses Specified In Point 1 Will Be Purchased/Delivered With The Manufacturers Support At The Production Support (Atik) Level, Active From The Date Of Granting The License By The Software Manufacturer For The Next 36 Months. 3. The Granting Of A Software License With Manufacturers Support (Atik) Will Be Confirmed In The Contractors Document, Indicating The Network Address (Link) To The Place Where The Ordering Party Can Check Its Licenses And Manufacturers Support. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With The Document Referred To In Point 3 Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, But No Later Than December 22, 20235. The Granted Licenses Referred To In Point 1 Are Non-Exclusive And Perpetual Licenses, Granted/Issued To The Ordering Party On The Terms Published By The Software Manufacturer.6. It Is Allowed To Offer Products Equivalent To The Subject Of The Order Specified In Point 1. A Product Equivalent To The Described Subject Of The Order Is Understood By The Ordering Party As One That Implements And Has All The Features Of The Product Specified In The Swz And Has No Worse Technical Parameters. The Description Of Equivalence Is Included In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz.
