The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High Metane Type E Natural Gas For The Needs Of The City Of Tomasz w Lubelski For The Facility Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The City Of Tomasz w Lubelski Will Conclude An Agreement Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure In The Basic Mode Without Negotiations For The Comprehensive Supply Of High-Metane Natural Gas Type E For The Needs Of The City Of Tomasz w Lubelski. The Ordering Party Operates In On Its Own Behalf Order - Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz: The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas In The Period From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024 Is 213,358 Kwh. For The Costs Of Using The Subject Of The Order In The Above-Mentioned Period Consists Of: Gas Sales Fee, Subscription Fee, Fixed Distribution Fee And Variable Distribution Fee. The Estimated Value Of The Order In The Period From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024 Is Pln 81,204.74. The Costs Incurred During The Entire Period Of Using The Subject Of The Order Do Not Include Any Fees For Exceeding The Contracted Capacity, Fees For The Ordering Partys Failure To Comply With The Restrictions Introduced By The Distribution System Operator, And Other Additional Fees Set Out In The Distribution System Operators Tariff, Operation And Operation Instructions. Distribution Network, Which Applies To All Contractors And Ordering Parties (Sellers And Customers), On The Terms Resulting From The Distribution System Operators Tariff, Distribution Network Operation And Operation Manual.
