Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) To The Facilities Of The Provincial Addiction And Co-Dependency Therapy Center In Toru In 2024-2025
The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas From Group E (High-Methane) For The Needs Of The Provincial Center For Addiction And Co-Dependency Therapy In Toru With A Total Forecasted Estimated Volume Of 785,090 Kwh. By Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel, The Ordering Party Understands The Simultaneous Provision Of Gas Fuel Supply And Distribution Services. The Projected Consumption Of Natural Gas Indicated Above Is Indicative And May Differ From The Actual Amount Of Gas Consumed During The Contract Period. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Gas Will Not Cause Any Consequences For The Ordering Party (Gas Recipients), Apart From The Need To Pay For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Gas And Transmission Services For An Amount Not Higher Than The Price In The Offer. In Terms Of Limiting The Amount Of Purchased Fuel, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Option, Exercised On The Terms Set Out In Chapter V Of The Swz.
