The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products For The Canteen Of The School Complex In Lubcza, Lubcza 51, In The Scope Of The Following Supplies: Part I - Delivery Of Animal Products, Meat And Meat Products (Fresh From Current Production) Cpv Code 15113000 - 3 - Pork 15112000 - 6 - Poultry 15131130 - 5 - Cold Meats The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Vii Parts. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Each Part Of The Order - One Or More.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes No. 1.1 To No. 1.7 Assortment And Price Form To The Offer Form Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Commonly Available Food Products With Established Quality Standards. 2) The Quantities Indicated In The Assortment And Price Form - Appendices No. 1.1 To No. 1.7 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Estimates. 3) Detailed Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: A) The Product Names Indicated In The Assortment And Price Form - Appendices No. 1.1 To No. 1.7 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are The Standard Expected By The Ordering Party. B) The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer Food Products In Accordance With The Assortment And Price Form - Annexes No. 1.1 To No. 1.7 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or Equivalent Products. C) The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Products. The Use Of Manufacturers Names Only Serves To Clarify The Order. D) The Term Equivalent Product Is Understood By The Ordering Party As Products With No Worse Quality Parameters, Having The Same Organoleptic Properties (Taste, Smell, Color, Aesthetics, Consistency) And Containing At Least The Same Raw Materials Used For Production As The Products Specified By The Ordering Party. E) In The Event Of Offering Equivalent Products, It Should Be Borne In Mind That The Ordering Party Will Consider Such Products To Be Equivalent If Their Quality, Composition And Aroma Are At Least At The Same Level As The Products Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Capacity And Weight Of The Product Cannot Differ From The Capacity And Weight Suggested By The Ordering Party. If A Product Is Offered With A Higher Or Lower Weight Than The Capacity Indicated By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Number Of Pieces Of The Ordered Product Which, After Multiplication, Will Equal The Quantity Requested By The Ordering Party. Additionally, Documents Confirming That The Offered Equivalent Product Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party Should Be Attached, I.E. A Description Of The Offered Equivalent Product. F) The Quantities Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Assortment And Price Form) May Be Modified (Increased/Decreased) During The Term Of The Contract, But Not More Than 20% Of The Number Of Articles Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Each Part, 30%. 3. Delivery/Pick-Up Location And Transportation. 1) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively, In Batches - According To The Ordering Partys Needs On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 6:30 A.M. To 7:45 A.M. The Maximum Deadline For Successive Deliveries (Each Batch) Is Up To 3 Business Days From Placing The Order (In Writing, By E-Mail Or By Phone). (Bread And Cold Meat Delivered Daily)2) The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Deliver And Unload The Articles To The Ordering Partys Premises, I.E. The Warehouse Of The Canteen Of The School Complex In Lubcza, Using The Contractors Forces. 3) The Contractor Will Secure The Articles During Transport In Such A Way As To Prevent Them From Being Damaged. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused During Transport. 4) If It Is Impossible To Complete The Delivery Within The Specified Period, The Contractor Shall Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of This Fact. 5) The Means Of Transport By Which The Articles Will Be Delivered Should Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Law. 4. Quality Of The Subject Of The Contract 1) Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party Will Collect The Goods In Terms Of Quantity And Value And Applicable Quality Standards, As Well As Check The Compliance Of Prices With The Assortment And Price Form. 2) The Articles Must Be Manufactured, Packaged And Delivered In Accordance With The Applicable Requirements Set Out In National And Eu Regulations Regarding Art. Food. 3) Detailed Quality Requirements For Individual Articles, Including Packaging And Packaging Requirements, Expiration Dates, Are Included In Annexes No. 1.1 To No. 1.7 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4) The Delivered Articles Must Be Clearly Marked, With Inscriptions Should Be In Polish And Must Be Clear, Legible And Indelible. The Use-By Date Should Not Be Shorter Than ½ Of The Shelf Life Intended For A Given Product. 5) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Delivered Food Products - The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request, At The Time Of Delivery, Current Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of Sanitary And Epidemiological Conditions Related To The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order - At The Ordering Partys Request, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Certificate Of Implementation Of The Haccp Food Safety System Or Equivalent - Documentation Regarding Food Products, Including Origin, Manufacturer And Production Date, Quality Control Certificate - Hdi (Commercial Identification Document). 6) The Ordering Party Requires Delivery Of Goods Free From Defects. If The Contractor Notifies The Ordering Party That The Quality And/Or Quantity Of The Delivered Articles Is Inconsistent With The Order Placed (The Goods Are Defective), The Contractor Is Obliged To Do So Within 3 Hours Of The Buyers Notification (In Writing Or By E-Mail Or Telephone Or In Person During Collection Based On The Prepared Protocol) To Deliver The Correct Article(S), I.E. Free From Defects.
