Part 1: General Foodstuffsthe Products Delivered Will Be Fresh, Nutritious, Of Appropriate Quality And Will Be Delivered No Later Than Halfway Through The Shelf Life Intended For A Given Product. 1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Food Products, Along With The Estimated Amount Of Demand, Are Described In The Type And Quantity Lists Constituting Annexes To Annex No. 1 To The Swz With Numbers From Part 1 To Part 8 (Opz). 2. The Given Quantities Of Products In The Type And Quantity Lists Constituting Annexes To Appendix No. 1 To The Swz With Numbers From 1 Part To 8 Parts Are Estimates And May Be Decreased Or Increased. The Given Quantities Will Only Be Used To Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer, I.E. They Do Not Constitute The Final Size Of The Order, And As A Result, They Cannot Constitute Grounds For Filing Claims For Unrealized Deliveries Or For Refusing Deliveries. The Ordering Party Will Not Bear Any Negative Financial Consequences Caused By A Reduction In The Quantity And Value Of Deliveries. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Deliveries (Reduce Or Increase) Between Items In The Subject Of The Order, Provided That As A Result Of The Above-Mentioned Changes, The Value Of The Contract Will Not Be Exceeded. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Minimum Level Of Contract Implementation Will Not Be Less Than 50% Of Its Maximum Value Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract And Other Details Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Contract Template - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
