Following The Revisions Carried Out By The Technical Staff Of The Roads And Bridges Maintenance Service During 2023, Degradation Of The Banks And Slopes Was Identified. As A Result Of The Floods Produced On The Stream That Runs Parallel To The Body Of The County Road Dj 708, Between The Kilometer Positions Km: 17+000 – 28+600, The Slope Of This Road Was Affected, Giving Way. The Affected Length Of The County Road Body Is Approximately 90 Ml. The Support Works Will Be Executed With Gabions Over A Total Length Of 90 Ml And Will Include The Following Operations:  Water Diversion From The Work Area;  Execution Of The Excavation For The Evacuation Of The Existing Wall;  Making The Work Platform And The Mattress;  Making Boxes For Gabions;  Making The Stone Masonry In The Prepared Boxes;  Closing The Gabion Boxes And Tying Them Together With Wire. The Earth Excavation For The Realization Of The Gabion Consolidation Will Be Carried Out In Sections, Depending On The Concrete Situation In The Field, So That There Is No Possibility For The Land/Slope To Lose Its Stability. The Soil Resulting From The Excavation Will Be Evacuated, Not Being Stored On The Slope. In Accordance With Art. 160 Para. (1) From Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Deadline Until Which Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is A Maximum Of 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, And The Deadline The Limit In Which The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information Is On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers According To Art. 161 Of Law 98/2016. • The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Make Changes To The Contract According To The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Lg.98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions.
