The Framework Agreement Includes A Number Of Services To Support The Program Sme:Digital For Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises ( Smes ). Under Smv:Digital, Smes Can, Among Other Things, Get Grants To Exploit Business Opportunities In Using E.G. Digital Systems, Robots Or E-Commerce. The Grant Administration Is Regulated In Sme:Digitals Executive Order (Bek No. 809 Of 02/06/2022). The Suppliers Services Can Be Related To Four Main Tasks: Task A - Case Preparation Work In Connection With Application Rounds Task B - Maintenance Of Sme:Digitals Website As Well As Marketing And Communication Task C - Handling An Application System Task D - Sparring With The Customer And Development Of Sme:Digital The Services Include Implementation Of An Initial Start-Up Phase And Services At The End Of The Framework Agreement. As Part Of The Services The Supplier Must Make A Digital Application System And An Advisor Database Available. The Services Are Described In More Detail In The Tender Documents, Annex 2.
