Real Estate Services - Establishment, Operation And Maintenance Of 24 Hour Resting Place(S) For Heavy Transport On The Stretch E39/E134 Aksdal-Bokn.. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Contracting Authority) Invites Tenderers To A Competition For The Establishment, Operation And Maintenance Of 24 Hour Resting Place(S) For Heavy Transport Along The E39/E134 On The Aksdal-Bokn Stretch. The 24 Hour Resting Place Shall Include A Service Building With Toilets And Showers. The Driving Distance From The E39/E134 To The Entrance For The Actual 24 Hour Resting Place Shall Be A Maximum Of 2 Km. See The Requirement Specification For Further Requirements For The 24 Hour Resting Place. A Contract Can Be Signed With One Or Two Tenderers. The Contracting Authority Needs A Total Of 25-35 Placement Places On The Stretch. Each Individual 24 Hour Resting Place Shall Have A Minimum Of 15 Parking Places And Shall Include A Service Building With Toilets And Showers, And Shall Otherwise Fulfil The Requirements Listed In The Requirement Specifications.
