The Ordering Party (Recipients) Upon Signing The Contract With The Contractor, Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous Will Submit Appropriate Declarations Gas Fuel Recipients (From Article 62Ba And/Or Article 62Bb Of The Energy Law) According To Model Established In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of January 28 2022 On Templates For Declarations Submitted By Recipients Of Gas Fuels Regarding Their Intended Use Gas Fuel In Order To Benefit From Special Solutions In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 212). 3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements And Rules For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Agreement Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz Together With A List Of Gas Fuel Consumption Points Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
