Part 1 - Improvement Of The Safety Of Vulnerable Road Users In The Municipality Of Ozorków Consisting Of The Construction/Renovation Of Pedestrian Roads - Ul. Kilińskiego, Ul. Północna In Ozorków.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A. Checking The Quality Of The Works Performed And Materials Used, In Particular To Exclude The Possibility Of Using Defective Construction Products And Those Not Approved For Use In Construction; B. Immediate Adaptation To The Current Needs And Requirements Of The Ordering Party; C. Efficient Project Management In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Control And Register The Progress Of Construction Works, Control Costs, Control Financing, Register Changes And Control The Financial Claims Of The Contractor; D. Confirmation Of Actually Performed Works And Checking And Acceptance Of Works, Including Participation In Activities Related To Partial And Final Acceptance; E. Managing The Implementation Of The Contract, As Part Of Its Activities, Providing A Team Of Specialists Acting As Investor Supervision Inspectors To The Extent Resulting From The Construction Law And The Provisions Of The Contract; F. Ensuring Constant Exchange Of Information With The Ordering Party And Coordinating Its Activities With The Ordering Partys Requirements; G. Ongoing Risk Analysis And Taking And/Or Suggesting Preventive Actions;H. Analyzing All Decisions, Arrangements And Resolutions Obtained During The Preparation And Implementation Of The Supervised Investment And Ensuring That The Requirements Contained Therein Are Met;I. Cooperation With The Ordering Party In All Activities Related To The Implementation And Execution Of The Contract;J. Participation (Including Preparation And Checking Of Individual Protocols) In Partial Acceptance Of Works, Acceptance Of Fading Works And Final Acceptance, In Annual Inspections During The Warranty Period And In Warranty Acceptance; K. The Investors Supervision Inspector Is Obliged To Cooperate, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, With The Works Contractor In Obtaining Permits For The Use Of The Facility Constructed As Part Of The Project, If Such A Permit Is Required, And In Obtaining Any Other Permits Required By Law; L. Controlling The Settlement Of Works And Final Settlement Of Work Costs;Ł. Checking The Correctness Of The Completeness Of The Project Documentation, Making Corrections, Changes, Taking Into Account Suggestions; M. Checking The Correctness And Completeness Of As-Built Documentation;N. Supervising The Contractor Of Construction Works During The Removal Of Defects In The Works Reported During The Guarantee And Warranty Period. Participation In Resolving Disputes Arising From The Implementation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works;P. Ensuring The Availability And Presence Of Supervision At The Construction Site At Least Every Other Day;R. Material And Financial Settlement Of Works Resulting From The Concluded Contract. S. Participation In Conducting Possible Negotiations In Conflicts With The Contractor Of Construction Works.2. The Supervision Service Will Cover The Construction Industry, Specializing In Road Engineering.
