Tenders Are Invited For Connection Of The Observation And Infection Department. With The Pediatric Infections Sub-Department, With Zmk And The Serology Transfusion Laboratory Using The Pneumatic Postal System At The Wsz In Konin At Ul. Szpitalna 45
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Pneumatic Mail System - Connection Of The Observation And Infectious Diseases Department With The Pediatric Infectious Diseases Subward, With The Clinical Microbiology Department And The Transfusion Serology Laboratory Using A Pneumatic Mail System.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Opz), Which Provides A Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered And Performed At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. 4. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Also Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5. The Minimum Guaranteed Level Of The Value Of Orders That The Ordering Party Undertakes To Place Is: 100% Of The Contract Value. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Matter Of The Order, Because For Technical Reasons It Is Not Possible To Divide The Order.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 8. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Konin County Funds Under The Subsidy Agreement No. 65/2023 Of July 17, 2023
