4.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of New Equipment Intended For Retrofitting/Creating A Multimedia Space, As Part Of The Minipakt Grant Competition - Municipal Computer Laboratories, Along With Software.4.2. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 91 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers Divided Into 2 Parts As Follows: 4.2.1. Part 1 Of The Order - Supply Of Computer Hardware With Software. 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Following. Elements In The Indicated Quantities To The Ordering Partys Registered Office In Accordance With The Material And Quantity Statement.2) The Delivered Equipment And Software Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged And Free From The Rights Of Third Parties.3) The Contractor Will Provide Such Packaging Of The Equipment As Is Required To Prevent Its Damage Or Deterioration Of Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery. 4) The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs.5) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Instructions For Operating The Equipment Or - If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - Will Provide Web Addresses Where They Can Be Downloaded.6) For Software, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Non-Exclusive License To The Ordering Party Or To Transfer To The Ordering Party A Non-Exclusive License Right In Accordance With The Licensing Rules Specified By The Manufacturer.
