The Volume Of One-Off Deliveries Of Heating Oil Will Be 70-90% Of The Fuel Tank Capacity In Individual Buildings.3. Light Fuel Oil Must Comply With The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024:2011 Or Equivalent And Have Parameters Not Worse Than: 1) Calorific Value: Min. 42.6 Mj/Kg; 2) Density At 15 °C: Max. 860 Kg/M³;3) Flash Point: Min. 56°C;4) Kinematic Viscosity At 20°C: Max 6.00 Mm2/S;5) Fractional Composition:A) Up To 250°C Distills Max 65% (V/V);B) Up To 350° C Distils Min 85% (V/V);6) Pour Point: Max -20°C;7) Residue After Coking (From 10% Of Distillation Residue): Max 0.3% (M/M);8) Residue After Incineration: Max 0.01% (M/M);9) Sulfur Content: Max 0.1% (M/M);10) Water Content: Max 200 Mg/Kg;11) Content Of Solid Impurities: Max 24Mg/Kg ;12) Color: Red.4. Wherever The Swz And Its Annexes Contain Terms Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Sources Or Specific Process That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Contractor, It Is Assumed That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent And The Ordering Party Allows The Contractors To Offer Equivalent Products, Materials Or Devices. 5. Settlement Is Made For Each Liter Of Fuel Oil Filled Into The Ordering Partys Tanks.6. When Delivering Heating Oil, The Ordering Party May Request A Current Certificate Of Legalization Of Distribution Equipment.7. The Price Of Heating Oil Should Be Calculated Based On The Wholesale Price Rate For 1,000 Liters Of November 22, 2023, And A Printout From The Website Of The Manufacturer/Refinery On The Basis Of Which The Offer Was Calculated Should Be Attached. The Printout Should Be Prepared With Prices As Of November 22, 20238. The Contractor Will Deliver The Oil By Specialized Transport Equipped With Certified Equipment For Measuring The Drained Oil;9. The Costs Of Transport And Insurance Of Transport To The Ordering Party Are Borne By The Contractor;10. With Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Document Confirming The Origin And Quality Of The Delivered Fuel Oil.11. Deliveries Will Be Made Depending On The Customers Needs. The Amount Of Heating Oil Presented Is A Maximum Estimated Amount And May Be Reduced In Relation To The Size Of The Entire Order Due To Current Needs. Any Changes In Quantity May Depend In Particular On Weather Conditions During The Heating Season And Other Events Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party.12. Deliveries Will Be Made On Business Days (Excluding Saturdays And Sundays) Between 8:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M. After Each Telephone Notification By The Ordering Partys Representative.13. Deliveries Will Be Made By The Contractors Means Of Transport, Equipped With Measuring Devices With Important Legal Features Ensuring Accurate Measurement Of The Amount Of Fuel Oil Released.
